Thank you for shopping with Squib Lab.
Order Processing
All Squib Lab products are manufactured to order and typically ship within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Shipping Methods
We currently ship within the United States only.
Orders are shipped using one of the following carriers:

Carrier selection may vary based on package size, weight, and destination.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders of $70 or more within the United States.
Orders below $70 will be charged shipping at checkout based on the destination and package details.
Shipping Times
Transit times vary depending on destination and carrier. Delivery estimates provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Please note that shipping transit times do not include order processing and manufacturing time.
All orders are shipped from Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once the shipment has been confirmed as lost by the carrier, Squib Lab will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

Verify the shipping address provided with your order.

Check around your property and any secure delivery locations.

Check with household members, neighbors, or building management.

Allow up to 48 hours after the delivery scan, as carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered before final drop-off.
If the package still cannot be located after these steps, please contact us. We will work with you to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. Squib Lab is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
